You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at admin@electricalwholesales.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return label and instructions on how to send your package.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
